  13. Serializing CAMS

  15. This section describes how to serialize CAMS on a single terminal or on a 
  16. network.  For the following process you will need a unique serial number for each copy of CAMS you are about to serialize.  Serial numbers are supplied to you by your Multi-Ad sales representative.

  18. 1.    On your hard disk, there should be a folder created by the installation process called CAMS¬ 4.X ─.  Open that folder by double-clicking on it.

  43. 2.    Inside the CAMS folder, there will be another folder called CAMS¬ Serializer ─.  Open that folder by double-clicking on it.

  59. 3. Open up the application CAMS¬ Serializer by double-clicking on it. A dialog should appear prompting you to select a script.  The Serialize CAMS¬ Script should automatically be selected.  If it is not, navigate your way to the CAMS¬ Serializer folder and open it.

  78. 4. A dialog will appear asking you to select the CAMS¬ application you wish to serialize.  Navigate your way to the CAMS¬ application you want to serialize and click open.

  117. 6. The CAMS¬ Serializer will quit and your CAMS¬ application will be serialized.  Repeat this procedure with a unique serial number for each CAMS application you own.
